Refund Policy for Digital Sales
• All digital sales are final.
Once a file or access link is delivered we cannot reclaim it, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
• File issues are corrected, not refunded.
If your download is corrupted or the link fails, notify us within seven calendar days. We will resend the file or provide a fresh link at no extra cost.
• Duplicate purchases are credited.
If you accidentally buy the same digital item twice within 24 hours, email proof of both receipts. We will void the second charge or send store credit equal to the duplicate amount.
• Pricing errors are honored.
If a listing price is incorrect and you are charged more than the advertised amount, we will refund the overcharge to your original payment method.
• No chargebacks for delivered content.
Initiating a chargeback after confirmed delivery violates this policy and may block future purchases from our store.
